Virginia Hunting Leases & Outdoor Access

Yes. An Outdoor Access lease gives you legal permission to be on the private land, but you still need a valid Virginia hunting license and any species stamps your activity requires. Licenses, seasons and bag limits are set by Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources, not by Outdoor Access. Check current regulations there before you hunt.

Pricing is set by each landowner and varies with acreage, game, amenities and season. Outdoor Access lists daily access, seasonal and annual leases, so the range is wide. A Premium membership unlocks discounted lease pricing, and seasonal or annual leases require a Premium Annual plan.
